There is so much negativity in the world, that it’s heartbreaking. Life needs as much kindness as we can give.
I’m not saying that you need to go out of your way to interact with others and surround yourself with people all of the time… That sounds absolutely excruciating to me. However when you do interact with others, please keep in mind that it doesn’t cost you anything to be kind.
In addition to that, it wouldn’t hurt for you to take some extra time to help others with their journey as you navigate your own. You shouldn’t do tasks for others simply because you may need their assistance in the future, but it’s not a bad idea to remember the old adage; what goes around comes around.
