This past weekend was filled with basketball, some cake and ice cream, and then more basketball.
Keegan played in the 15/16 year division of the Gus Macker tournament. His team didn’t do very well, but they were able to get a couple of wins and more experience playing against some other teams.

Khloe played in the 11/12 year division with a couple of wins and a couple of losses. She’s only 10 years old, but she holds her own with the older girls. She hit a 3 pointer (which is 2 points in Gus Macker scoring) in her last game and she was excited about that.

Kaleb chose not to play basketball this weekend. He just went to watch, tell his brother everything he was doing wrong, and talk smack to the other players. This is my life.

After the kids finished playing in Gus Macker Sunday morning, they came home and we had a family birthday party for them. The kids played more basketball with their cousins on our new court. (We are going to get lines on the court soon. I’m super excited about that and will share a picture when it happens.)
It was a super busy weekend, although this next weekend should be much quieter.
My Goals for Today:
- Add a couple more pins to my Pinterest Account (This is stressful for me still since I’m not sure what I’m doing.)
- Read a couple of more chapters in my J.D. Robb book I’m currently reading
- Mow the lawn
- Enjoy the lake – I’m currently Up North 🙂
